Owner Rental ProgramNot using your timeshare Interval this year? No plans to Exchange your vacation Interval next year? You have nothing to lose and we may be able to help you! It's EASY! Just deposit your "Use Time" into the Tricom Realty Services, Inc. (TRS) Owner Rental Program and put your week(s), or increments of your week (two night minimum) to work for you! Don't just pay your maintenance fee and let your week sit idle. Contact the TRS Owner Rental Coordinator for terms and restrictions* and put your Interval to work for you. The Owner Rental Program is available through Platinum Interchange in conjunction with Tricom Realty Services, Inc. (TRS), a licensed real estate company in California. After you sign the TRS Exclusive Rental Agreement, the Owner Rental Coordinator will include your "listed Interval" for rental in the Platinum Interchange Getaways program. There is no guarantee that your Interval will be rented, whether as a full-week or in increments.
